Angela Hammontree is a native Seattle-area singer/songwriter known for her big pipes, hook-filled songwriting, and uncompromising lyrics. Her music blends the classic sensibilities of such NW predecessors as Heart and Alice In Chains with a healthy dose of sly humor and punk attitude. Her considerable vocal talent has been called reminiscent of many top-notch singers (everyone from Ann Wilson to Chris Cornell, and numerous others in between), but she has cultivated a style of delivery that is truly her own.

Having played with several top-notch local musicians, Angela's current band lineup includes the mad skills of SkOoRb (guitar), Bill Cantlon (drums), and Rudy Stranowski (bass). Angela has played numerous venues, opened for a national act, performed at several outdoor festivals, and been featured on local television. Her passionate songwriting and gutsy vocal style make her an artist to be reckoned with in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
